Member Service Representative

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative at Fit Fusion. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members, promoting membership privileges, and contributing to the overall success of our fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all members and guests with a focus on member engagement and retention.
Assist with membership, retail, and tanning product sales.
Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare.
Deliver on new member enrollment expectations.
Check in all members and guests according to company procedures.
Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
Communicate special events to members and guests.
Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Physical effort required for daily duties includes prolonged standing and walking.

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
