    Insight Global is looking for a Mail & Printing Services Specialist to support a client in Huntsville, AL.

    This person will be working in their mail/print room and will assist with copying, binding, sorting printed materials, producing forms, signs, posters, and other related print material.

    You will also be responsible for printing flyers, brochures, pamphlets, documents, and reports for various different departments and maintaining printing equipment by fixing printing errors, paper jams and replacing toner cartridges etc.


    Other responsibilities include:

    • Completes layouts and designs for all work orders
    • Operating binding, cutting and copier machines
    • Maintains records and prepares reports; computes the cost of printing jobs
    • Orders supplies for print/mail shop and ensures that adequate supplies are available
    Assist with mail services - ie sealing, stamping packages, receiving packages & orders

    Required Skills & Experience

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience performing print shop equipment operations; considerable experience in the operation of a print shop; experience in storekeeping and mail work
    -knowledge of the operation and maintenance of print shop equipment.
    -knowledge of the papers, inks, and other supplies used in printing

    Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Photoshop, MS Publisher and preferably print management softwares such as Fiery Command or Xante iQueue
