We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of modern web applications using the latest technologies and frameworks, including .NET Core 8.0, React, , SQL Server, AWS, Azure, and Azure DevOps, Vue.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Architect and implement solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes and tools.
Ensure code quality, security, and performance through thorough testing and code reviews.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in full-stack software development, with expertise in .NET Core 8.0, React, , SQL Server, AWS, Azure, and Azure DevOps.

Strong understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience leading and managing development teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. U.S.
