Columbus Rocks Climbing & Fitness is in search of an entrepreneurial leader that is flexible and forward thinking for a role as General Manager.The General Manager oversees the management team; facilitates, supports and helps train employees at the gym; and is responsible for routesetting and running the routesetting team on a weekly basis. The GM also manages all aspects of operations programming safety at the facility.
