    The Manufacturing Quality Engineer drives continuous improvement in the manufacturing and production operation to ensure products meet customer satisfaction and quality goals.


    A strong focus on continuous improvement, lean principles, communication across various levels in the organization, and training and development are essential.


    Responsibilities :
    Maintain quality objectives in order to maximize product reliability through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
    Handle inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials and products involved in daily processes.
    Determine information needed for non-conforming products such as scrap, rework, etc.
    Review quality procedures for new product introductions.
    Investigate and resolve quality issues that arise from vendors and customers.
    Ensure machinery and equipment are set up correctly and proper measurements are adhered to.
    Maintain compliance requirements by agencies; participate in quality audits.

    Requirements :
    Four-year educational degree in Engineering or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering.
    Manufacturing experience in a high-volume setting.
    Continuous improvement, LEAN, and/or Six Sigma knowledge.
    Experience working with regulatory agencies preferred.
    Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Microsoft Excel.
