- Manage the segment accounting process, including financial reporting, analysis, and contractual matters.
- Lead monthly and quarterly closing and reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure financials accurately reflect business status and implement necessary controls for improved cost tracking and budgeting.
- Identify financial risks, working with business teams to develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive operational performance through partnership with business leaders, focusing on cost optimization, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
- Establish and enforce appropriate accounting methods, policies, and principles to maintain integrity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and practices in all business operations.
- Provide Working Capital Management planning and reporting for the business unit, covering billing, collections, payables, and inventory.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred. Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial management roles.
- Proficiency in reporting under US GAAP for US Parent Company.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present, influence, and collaborate effectively at the leadership level.
- Strong analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
