- Experienced as both BA and QA and working with developers and helping gather requirements
- Create Visio call flow designs
- Develop Genesys scripts
- Using Genesys Cloud Architecture to review call flows
- Develop test plans and login as Genesys agents and execute test plans
- Document results and liaison with developer on test results
- Support BAU troubleshooting activities as needed
- Experienced with Zephyr/Jira
