Description
5,000 Sign-On Bonus available.We have 5 OR rooms and 1 Treatment room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Anesthesia, ENT, General, GI, Ortho, OB/GYN, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry.
We are looking for a candidate to be available Monday-Friday, schedule subject to changed based on surgical schedule and flow of day.
Candidate needs to be available for some early mornings and later evenings.Supervises the Preop/PACU staff to provide a daily smooth flow of cases.
Prepare, coordinate and perform monthly staff meetings
Communicate with vendors and representatives for supplies, equipment or instruments
Works closely with Materials and Sterile Processing Dept to coordinate supplies & instrument needs.
Works closely with manager with hiring and orienting Preop/PACU staff members
Helps in revising and preparing policies that relate to Preop/PACU functions
Assistance in maintaining compliance for Joint Commission surveys
Enters company data collections and observations with company EDGE
MIDAS data entry.
Enters data into Kronos time keeping program
Assistance with staff counseling as necessary
Coordinates and assists in Performance Improvement Projects.
