About The Opportunity

Monitors and patrols areas of the Resort to provide a safe environment for guests and employees and to minimize opportunities for loss or damage. Anticipates potential problems and reacts to disturbances and prohibited conduct. Responds to emergency situations as needed in the Resort.

Core Duties

Coordinate emergency situations
Document, organize and store all lost and found items given to Security, document guest and employee inquiries for lost items and coordinate return of lost items to guest and employees
Patrol the property , checking all designated points and document all actions taken
Resolve safety hazard situations
Investigate suspicious persons on property
Monitor security cameras
Follow policies and regulations provided by the Resort

Experience & Education

High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years security and safety experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions.
Ability to handle stressful situations and be able to prevent and/or handle emergency situations.
Security D License Preferred
Bilingual English / Spanish language is preferred.
