Job summary
We are a Community Health Center looking for a Primary Care Provider to join our team. We provide individualized education on prevention and treatments to meet specific health care needs. Our goal is to be our patient's partner in wellness.Responsibilities
- Performs and records all patient care activities listed on the Health Center's eClinical Works Patient Health Record System in a timely manner.
- Utilizes electronic medical records in conformance with Federal and State "Meaningful Use" guidelines as feasible.
