    Responsibilities:
    Serve as Energy Analyst for local, regional, and national energy programs.
    Consistently complete target number of modeling files per day.
    Coordinate and review with Energy Analyst Team Inspection Submissions for accuracy.
    Communicate any auditing areas to management and provide options for resolution.
    Develop workarounds to overcome obstacles with the assistance of management.
    Receive and understand client constraints.
    Modify and adjust to energy rated software -Ekotrope or other modeling software's.
    Manage and control all data related to energy modeling programs.
    Managing the modeling work that comes through, working closely with energy teammates.

    Gather all closing lists and confirms all models are built up in the system to meet applicable energy program requirements.

    Coordinate with energy teammates and clients to ensure all parties are up-to-date on modeling reports.
    Support VPs/GMs/AMs with existing account management on strategy and communicate actively via the accounts holder(s).
    Support Energy services prospective account growth via ideas, communication, execution, quality and coordination.
    Be proactive in communicating what is working well and what can be done better with solutions in mind. Further, respond to all communication in less than 24 hours.
    Conduct construction site evaluations for energy assessment and quality of construction
    Maintain a positive, working relationship with clients
    Complete all site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and onsite energy code compliance forms
    Communicate construction quality issues and energy code requirements to client onsite personnel
    Open to learning new skills in the energy efficiency and construction industry

    Requirements

    HERS and/or RFI certifications strongly preferred
    Technical Capacity

    Communication Proficiency

    Education and Experience:
    Experience with energy modeling software (Energy Gauge, REM/Rate) is preferred
    Thorough understanding of residential applications of building science
    Thorough understanding of general construction concepts
    RESNET Rater or Energy modeling certification. Is not required but a plu
    Must have strong software skills with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SharePoint,
    Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
    Excellent reporting skills, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, data entry management,
    data analysis and time management skills
    Experience with construction, energy efficiency building codes, and building science is not
    required but is a plus
    Experience with energy modeling software such as Ekotrope, REMrate, Energy Gauge is
    not required but is preferred
    Familiarity with building science concepts such as thermal enclosure, building envelope
    leakage testing, and duct leakage testing

    equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently

    throughout assigned workday.
