Job summary

The Academic Coordinator of Youth Programs oversees the Academic Link Day team ensuring safe inclusive and engaging learning environments that support academic growth and social emotional development.

This role provides staff guidance on effective classroom management integration of social emotional learning strategies and compliance with Excel Quality Action Plan QAP standards and grant requirements CMS/EMS systems.

  • Develops and implements administrative plans evaluates site specific needs and assesses academic programs activities
  • Oversees curriculum development evaluation procures teaching materials as needed Plans organizes events including training sessions for staff community stakeholders monitors the QAP process ensures deadlines are met supports Site Coordinators
