    Description::

    Our Certified Lifeguards play a vital role in ensuring the safety of swimmers water slide participants water activity participants at multiple locations within the park.
    They enforce safety rules perform rescues of people in need assistance in danger
    Work as part independent work team environment Maintaining focus discipline times Demonstrating maturity reliability Previous lifeguarding customer service guest focused experience beneficial but not required Full availability weekends holidays special events preferred Advancement opportunities employee-only events discounts retail food beverage available to qualified candidates Maintain current Red Cross lifeguard certification which can obtained American Red Cross compliant locations including The Water Main apply Blended Learning Shallow Water Lifeguard Certification Program more information below qualification overview daily hours change attendance weather unforeseen circumstances meet requirements communicate Guests eliminate hazards properly use whistle signals alert Supervisor Aquatics Manager incidents potential problems report issues conduct safe effective rescues training complete live audits correctly maintain guest compliance all park rules signage attend monthly in-service trainings test-ready skills emergencies stay fit perform additional tasks assigned by Supervisor Any offer hire subject advancement reallocation duties policy procedures changes operating other unforeseen reasons This seasonal part-time position requires you work well independently as member strong safety-sensitive focussed resilient dependable communicative We are Equal Employment Opportunity Employer EEOE
