    Service Advisor Role

    A key aspect of this position is providing an exceptional customer experience in our service lane. As the first point of contact, you will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service.

    About the Job

    • Oversight of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service for customers.
    • Taking ownership of the customer's experience by completing tasks that enhance their impression of our dealership.
    • Providing concierge-level support for owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to prevent any mishandling.
    • Ensuring the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
    • Distributing work between technicians efficiently.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Managing the flow of the Drive Lane.
    • Carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression with customers.
    • Supporting customers with their inquiries.
    • Scheduling technicians effectively.
    • Distributing work among technicians.

    Requirements

    • Organized and friendly personality.
    • Proven ability to manage others.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Fantastic communication skills with customers.
    • Professional appearance.
    • Clean driving record.
    • Ability to undergo a pre-employment background check.
