- Facilitate family centered, strength-based and solution focused family therapy treatment
- Provide case management and care coordination; Facilitate client referral, admission process, and make appropriate referrals
- Prepare client assessments, initial treatment plans, quarterly reviews, and discharge planning
- Advocate for clients in areas of health, education, vocation, legal and family interactions
- Provide crisis intervention on an as needed basis
- Master's degree in human services field (i.e. Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, and Social Work), with plan to obtain license
- Experience with systems (DMH, CBHI, DCF) preferred
- Open and available to work a flexible schedule that meets the families needs (some evenings; some early mornings)
- Proficient writing and computer skills
- Bilingual desirable, but not required
- Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
- Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
