- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth and business objectives.
- Lead the marketing team in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Oversee local store marketing initiatives, working closely with franchisees to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Development, and Finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the food service or quick-service restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics tools.
