- Drive desired outcomes and optimize user experience by supporting projects through problem definition, shaping, prototyping, development, release, and maintenance
- Engage in product discovery process through weekly interviewing, research, and other activities, eventually maturing to the level where you can independently lead product discovery efforts for one or more of our internal tools
- Help write user stories and answer developer questions on new functionality
- Be the product expert: Perform customer service duties for new product launches and help users troubleshoot errors
- Produce help center articles and video tutorials for new software features
- Use analytics tools to find insights on users
- Be responsible for hitting the key performance indicators in your area of charge
- Travel (occasionally) to other markets to create relationships with stakeholders
- You can converse fluently on technical topics with developers
- You've worked with a cross-functional team to build software
- You've developed strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
