    Description

    • Over 1 Year to 3 Years of physical and logical network design including network management and detailed packet analysis
    • Networking principles and protocols including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, SD-WAN, EIGRP, OSPF, QOS, and VLANs
    • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (client server, network)
    • Experience working with vendors
    Responsibilities


    • This is a full-time position that will support both redundant branch networks of 26 sites and 2 datacenters
    • Also, responsible for core vendor network connections and redundancy to their back-up networks
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining the core network infrastructure
    • Will be responsible for key vendor relationships regarding the core network including Cisco, FISERV, Meraki, Microsoft, Cisco Umbrella, Cloudflare, and Fireeye
    • Handle infrastructure and related connectivity and security issues
    • Perform administration functions and maintenance of systems and networks
    • Software and hardware installation, maintenance, patching and upgrading
    • Perform or assist in researching, troubleshooting, and diagnosing production problems and correcting identified issues
    • Work with end-users and department teams as required to provide problem resolution
    • Monitor and manage network system resources
    • Research solutions for advancing system performance and security
    • Maintain system documentation and logs
    • Adhere to formal processes, industry standards, and quality practices in all activities
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices, policies, and procedures
    • Provide Helpdesk and Jr
    • Administrators leadership and mentorship
    • Manage vendor relationships as they relate to the network infrastructure
    • Maintain knowledge of current and future industry trends
    • Data center management and best practices, Load balancing/HA best practices,
    • Secure Remote Access and Network Troubleshooting, patching and updating
