- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- 8+ years of accounting experience with people management.
- Knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and SEC reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
