- Must possess at least two years of management experience.
- Must possess at least three years of training and development and training delivery experience.
- Knowledge of health insurance programs, Rhode Island Medicaid, Managed Care, eligibility, and low-income populations.
- Ability to aggregate data and act upon the findings.
- Knowledge of curriculum development required.
- Advanced PC skills (i.e., Microsoft Office) required.
