- Provide leadership and guidance to medical staff, ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Participate in clinical trials and research projects to advance medical knowledge and treatment options

- Oversee occupational health programs to ensure employee safety and wellbeing
- Stay uptodate with advancements in medical technology, biotechnology, and healthcare management practices
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in written and verbal communication
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in a relevant specialty
- Postresidency experience in clinical practice
- Strong knowledge of physiology, clinical trials, and medical terminology
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
