    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our healthcare team. The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all medical activities within the organization.

    This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.


    Duties:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to medical staff, ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care
    • Supervise and evaluate the performance of medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
    • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
    • Participate in clinical trials and research projects to advance medical knowledge and treatment options
    • Manage the primary care services offered by the organization, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and health promotion programs
    • Oversee occupational health programs to ensure employee safety and wellbeing
    • Stay uptodate with advancements in medical technology, biotechnology, and healthcare management practices
    • Utilize medical terminology effectively in written and verbal communication

    Qualifications:

    • Medical degree from an accredited institution
    • Board certification in a relevant specialty
    • Postresidency experience in clinical practice
    • Strong knowledge of physiology, clinical trials, and medical terminology
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

    Pay:
    $124, $150,382.31 per year

    Schedule:

    8 hour shift

    Evening shift

    Holidays

    Monday to Friday

    Night shift

    On call

    Overnight shift

    Weekends as needed
