Job summary
We are seeking a nursing assistant to provide basic direct patient care in compliance with department policy/procedure and Standards of Care.The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, BLS certification through American Heart Association only, ability to read write and speak English effective communication skills basic math skills successful completion of all Orientation Programs preferred experience as a nursing assistant certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant program participation in unit Quality Improvement activities use an understanding of the principles of growth development assess each patient age specific needs provide age specific treatment care.
