Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Phlebotomist. The ideal candidate must exhibit expertise in blood collection techniques, including venipuncture and capillary methods across all age groups. Additionally, they should be proficient in pediatric blood draws and handling difficult procedures. A thorough understanding of compliance and safety protocols is essential, along with the ability to effectively communicate and train fellow employees on these practices.
Moreover, all interactions with minors will be closely supervised by designated personnel.

Additional Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a high school diploma and possess a CPT 1 License. Proficiency in using lab systems such as Cerner is mandatory. Strong customer service skills are required, along with the flexibility to work on an on-call basis (approximately 32 hours per week on average).
