We're looking for a Staff Auditor to help us make sure everything's running smoothly. You'll work closely with different teams and check on how things are going in various parts of the business.


Here's what you'll be doing:
Make detailed plans to check if everything's working as it should.

This means looking at how we're following rules, making sure our operations are efficient, and spotting any areas where things could be improved.

Dig deep into processes to find ways we can do better. You might even help figure out new ways to do things before they're put into action.
Build good relationships with your team and other managers.

You'll chat with them to gather info, share what you find in audits, and suggest ways we can do things better.

Use data to spot any risks and come up with solutions.

Join in on projects that help us understand and manage risks better, and help train other members of the audit team.

Chip in on special projects and other tasks as needed.
Here's what you need to bring to the table:
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
3-5 years of experience in areas like auditing, product development, or finance.
The ability to take charge, plan audits, and solve problems.
Good communication skills, including being able to negotiate and handle conflicts.
A willingness to be flexible and help out with audits in different parts of the business.

You might need to travel a bit (up to 20% of the time) to different places within the country and to supplier facilities.

If you've got any of these extras, that's even better:
Experience working with big firms like EY, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG.
Past work in internal auditing.
Any relevant certifications like CIA, CISA, or CISSP.
And if you're into cars, that's a plus
