- Monitor drug therapy to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Recommend rational and cost-effective pharmacotherapeutic alternatives.
- Provide accurate and efficient medication distribution.
- Implement and evaluate nutritional support and pharmacokinetic regimens.
- Supervise pharmacy technical staff.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited university with a license to practice pharmacy in Alabama.
- Completion of postgraduate pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
- Proof of current AHA BLS certification required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mathematical proficiency required.
