    **Description**

    **A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative :** Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. You assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.

    **MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    Greets customers warmly as the first point of contact for the company

    Effectively communicates company information and resolves customer questions and complaints via phone, email and mail

    Assists with placement of orders and suggests solutions for product alternatives when necessary

    Utilizes technology to handle high call volumes, verify customer information and record pertinent account information

    Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

    **QUALIFICATIONS:**

    Previous experience in a call center, hospitality or related position preferred

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Hyper-focused on exceptional client experience

    Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

    Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types

    Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

    Able to work under time constraints and pressure

    Work independently and self-motivated
