    Our Client is seeking Paraprofessionals to provide service in Haddam, CT and surrounding areas.

    Multiple client opportunities for the 2024 school year are available

    • Both full-schedule and part-time options available
    SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

    • Work with students who demonstrate behavioral challenges
    • Assist teacher in the classroom as needed
    • Provide an encouraging and supportive presence to students
    • Accurately collects and documents behavior data
    • Able to follow a child's Individualized Education Plan as told by the Client
    CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Associate Degree, 60 Credits or ParaPro required
    • Must be comfortable with children who demonstrate behavioral challenges and/or have special needs including autism or medical fragility
    • Must be able to pass a Fingerprint background check and DCF background check
