    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Financial Systems Analyst to join our team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the FP&A financial systems, ensuring accurate data loads, and implementing system updates during each planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting.

    You will serve as a primary contact for system-related inquiries and issues, providing support to the entire FP&A organization across our company (CHC).

    This position will report to the FP&A Manager in Dallas.

    Key Responsibilities

    Maintain FP&A financial systems, ensuring accurate monthly data loads and implementing system updates during planning cycles (budget and forecast).
    Serve as the primary contact for system-related issues and questions, supporting the entire FP&A organization across CHC.

    Provide FP&A financial system support and guidance to the Regional FP&A teams throughout the monthly close/forecast and budget planning process.

    Support the Director of Corporate FP&A in managing the overall CHC financial planning process, including ad hoc forecasts, P&L maintenance, and special projects.

    Troubleshoot systems issues as necessary and escalate items to the FP&A system provider when appropriate.
    Prepare monthly Pacing reports using Powerpoint.
    Maintain the Cash Flow Forecast model in the Host.
    Coordinate, test, assess, and assist in the deployment of new functions and features within the financial systems.

    Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    Experience in maintaining and utilizing FP&A financial systems.
    Experience with Planful/Spotlight or similar FP&A tool.
    Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint.
    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    Solid understanding of financial planning processes.
    Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
