    Description

    The Golden Hotel a 5 Senses Property is seeking a part-time experienced, motivated, hardworking, reliable, detail orientated Night Auditor for weekend hours ONLY.

    Experience in the field or a similar field is preferred for this position.


    We are a 62-room full-service hotel, with a full restaurant and banquets department and the Front Desk is the main hub and the first point of contact for the hotel.

    If you enjoy interacting with people and love providing great customer service and top-notch hospitality; this position is for you

    We are offering a Part-time position, weekend overnight 10 hour shifts for Friday, Saturday Sundays. A total of 30 hours with potential to flex up in hours with some additional coverage needed. The Hourly wage range is $17-$17.50 depending on experience.

    Employment is contingent on passing pre-employment background check.

    Requirements:

    • Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous, and genuine hospitality.
    • Enthusiastically greets guests and properly check them in; advising the guest on hotel amenities and local points of interest.
    • Possesses strong computer skills and adaptability to learning new systems.
    • Anticipates guestâ€s needs and offers services prior to the guest asking.
    • Maintains the image of the hotel by appearing presentable and well groomed.
    • Manages guestâ€s concerns appropriately and resolves issues to the guestâ€s satisfaction keeping business objectives in mind and communicating any issues or valuable information to managers.
    • Maintains an organized work area and ensures follow up is done as needed with both the guest and team member until issues are resolved.
    • As the primary guest contact, show patience and a willingness to help and support the guests with their requests.
    • Ability to make it to work on time. Be reliable and dependable and able to make it to schedule shifts.
    • Be aware of the Guest Service Scores and understand role ensuring guest satisfaction.
    • Attends all mandatory meetings and timely completes all required training.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1-3 years of previous Front Desk or Night Auditor experience and/or customer service experience. Not Required but preferred.
    • Must be friendly and professional, with attention to service and detail.
    • Must be poised and courteous with excellent written and communication skills.
    • Able to work overnight 10 hour shifts, holidays, and weekends year round.
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Willingness to work in a fast paced and interactive work environment.
    • Ability to stay positive in the work environment and be a team player
    • Has experience with Choice Advantage system a bonus.
