The Marketing Campaign Manager oversees the development and execution of all information related to First Command's ongoing marketing campaigns and programs.
This position will rely on close collaboration with internal marketing partners such as creative services, communications, and content services as well as others to support a complex array of marketing initiatives.
This would include internal clients and products with responsibility for creating, implementing, and managing a comprehensive campaign strategy for the purpose of capturing, organizing, mining, analyzing and cleansing data as required to support targeted marketing campaigns.
This position will focus heavily on prospect to client life journeys including marketing programs from influencer/brand awareness to client needs/services.
This position will be responsible for establishing collaborative relationships with all departments critical to the success of marketing campaigns.This position will focus predominately on campaigns geared towards prospects that are active duty and seeking financial advice as well as those transitioning out of the military and looking for second careers as a Financial Advisor.
The Campaign Manager will identify new organizational and influencer opportunities with key partners (internally and externally) that allow them to work towards a primary objective of increasing new clients, advisors, and company partnerships.
What will you be doing?
Manages the end-to-end marketing project and campaign process, including the reviews by subject matter experts and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
Serve as the project manager to facilitate the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns with a strong focus on direct to client or prospect campaigns.
Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and relies on extensive marketing background to make recommendations or adjust plans as the market changes.
Acts as primary interface to internal partners to establish plans that are designed to achieve key company growth metrics, provide regular status updates, and manage expectations of marketing deliverables.
Maintains oversight of corporate marketing plans, ensures measurement of all marketing initiatives, and recommends the improvement of future marketing programs based on program performance and results.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent work experience
Work Experience

Experience in the financial services and regulatory industry strongly desired
Proven experience developing and executing marketing and media plans
Recruiting, large national campaign & influencer partnership experience preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies strongly desired, SAFe Agile preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated working knowledge of cross channel marketing elements
Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Workfront and other marketing automation tools desired
Strong communications and relationship management skills
Strong direct and digital marketing, database marketing, marketing analytics and CRM experience.
Experience in deploying campaign management, marketing automation and marketing resource management tools a plus.
Knowledge and experience operating in military markets; prior military service a plus.
Ability to work with business and stakeholders via virtual and in person activities
