    Position Summary:

    The Marketing Specialist will pay a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This employee will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing digital marketing efforts, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team. With a focus on creativity and data-driven decision making, this employee will contribute to enhancing our brand presence in the used equipment sector.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote used equipment, including online and offline channels.
    • Create engaging content for website, social media, and marketing collateral.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
    • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and email campaigns.
    • Implement and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
    • Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
    • Foster relationships with industry key stakeholders.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred but not required.
    • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the agriculture or equipment industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Creative mindset with a focus on innovative marketing solutions.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
    • Flexibility to travel for events and client interactions.
    • Understanding of equipment and agriculture practices.
    • Results-driven with a commitment to achieve marketing objectives.
