    Position: Senior Business Analyst - Capital Markets

    Job Summary:

    The Senior Business Analyst in Capital Markets is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency within the capital markets division. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and develop strategies to optimize trading operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements.

    Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

    Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.

    Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.

    Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and successful implementation of initiatives.

    Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new processes and systems.

    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in capital markets and financial services.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within the capital markets industry.

    Strong understanding of financial instruments, trading workflows, and regulatory requirements.

    Experience with trading platforms, market data systems, and risk management tools.

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are a plus.
