- 4-7 years of relevant experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related engineering degree with an electrical engineering emphasis required. Master's degree preferred.
- The Electrical Engineer will prioritize and broadly execute the following:
- Proficiency in using Electronics design tools such as Altium, PADS or Cadence.
- Proven experience designing microcontroller-based projects from concept to finished product.
- Experience operating lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C) and other hardware interfaces.
- Knowledge of National Instruments LabVIEW/LabWindows is a plus.
- Experience writing firmware and digital electronics design is a plus.
- Experience designing electronics for regulated industries such as medical or aerospace is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is beneficial.
