- Training - Trainer dedicated to training employees in the area with the most concentrated effort on new employees. Responsible for training, developing and coaching new employees in safety, quality and productivity utilizing all available training resources (30%)
- Safety - Ensure and promote safety and provide a safe working environment for all team members through training and submitting OFI's. (20%)
- Accountability - Directs and ensures training curriculum is being followed and completed on time. Responsible for coordinating with Team Leaders on training videos and other requirements. Provide feedback to employee and leadership as necessary. (10%)
- Quality - Understanding of quality standards and expectations and be able to teach and ensure those requirements are met. (5%)
- Productivity - Willingness and ability to assist in driving the team to their goals and setting a good example for others in the area. Utilize resources to drive new employee performance. (10%)
- Communication - Communicates the importance of WI policies and practices. Ability to objectively evaluate training progress and communicate to Trainee, Team Leader, Manager, Employee Council, and HR. (10%)
- Compliance - Tracks training records including system entry, tracks and conducts recertifications, ensures employees are trained when needed after training documents are updated. This includes writing, proofing, and revising training documents. (10%)
