Job Title: Senior Civil Professional Engineer


Salary:
$120,000-$180,000 and two bonuses per year, based on profitability.

Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Civil Professional Engineer to join our team in the vibrant community of Maitland, FL.

As a key member of our engineering division, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing a diverse range of civil engineering projects.

This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about engineering excellence and committed to delivering sustainable and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from conception to completion. Ensure all projects comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers. Provide expert guidance on civil engineering principles, practices, and methods. Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and impact analysis. Develop and present project proposals, budgets, and timelines to stakeholders. Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff. Stay updated with advancements in civil engineering and incorporate innovative approaches into projects.


Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering. Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida. Proven experience leading and managing civil engineering projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficient in civil engineering software and tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly engineering practices. Active involvement in professional civil engineering societies or organizations.
