    Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
    • Provide therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and success.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans.
    • Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and continuing education activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Eligibility for or possession of state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a school-based setting.
