< b > J < / b >< b >o < / b >< b >i < / b >< b >n < / b >< br >< p > Senior Recruiter - Strategic Accounts will be focused on supporting a single , high - priority strategic client for the firm . This position will operate as an extension of the client ' s talent acquisition function while maintaining an agency mindset - moving fast , prioritizing high - impact activity , and delivering measurable recruiting results against defined KPI ' s. Success in this role is driven by daily recruiting activity , disciplined follow - up , and consistent candidate flow . This position reports into our Manager of Strategic Accounts . Day - to - Day Responsibilities Recruiting Execution & Delivery Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume and/or high-complexity requisition load tied to one strategic client Run daily sourcing activity across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach Conduct high-volume structured candidate screens aligned to client requirements Present qualified candidates quickly and consistently meeting time-to-submit expectations Drive candidates through interview offer start with urgency precision Client Partnership Own intake calls ongoing role calibration with hiring managers client stakeholders Maintain constant communication with the client on pipeline status candidate quality hiring progress Manage expectations push back when needed keep roles moving forward Act as the single point of accountability for recruiting delivery on the account KPI Activity Management Execute daily recruiting activity aligned performance metrics including Submittals per week Interview conversion rates Time-to-submit time-fill Offer acceptance rates Track manage personal recruiting metrics pipeline health Use performance data adjust sourcing strategy prioritize requisitions Meet exceed weekly monthly recruiting targets Process Systems Follow-Through Maintain accurate up-to-date data in ATS systems Ensure compliance with SLAs process requirements agency standards Deliver quality candidate experience through consistent communication follow-up Identify breakdowns process proactively recommend solutions Requirements Minimum Education/Experience Associate degree from two-year college equivalent combination education experience Preferred Education/Experience Bachelor's degree from four-year college equivalent combination education experience Concentration business related field preferred FTS Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer As Equal Opportunity Employer employees applicants are protected unlawful discrimination covered Federal laws designed safeguard them discrimination race color religion sex national origin age disability conditions related pregnancy childbirth genetic information political affiliation or other non-merit-based factors actions taken retaliation reprisal protected EEO activity.
