    Technical Inside Sales Representative
    Sierra Peaks has a need for a Technical Inside Sales Representative to support our Business Development team
    This position requires a detail-oriented personality, strong organization skills and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team
    If you're a technical writer and strong communicator, this position is for you

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Utilizing Sierra Peaks tools, draft manufacturing quotes and simple proposals
    • Utilizing Sierra Peaks tools, price manufacturing projects
    • Review customer purchase orders and contracts
    • Manage large proposals, including ensuring deliverables from team members
    • Assist with sales activities including customer follow-up calls and scheduling of meetings
    • Track and document sales activities from leads to purchase orders
    • Manage administration of sales customer relationship management tool (Pipedrive)
    • Review Requests for Quotes and Proposals (RFQs/RFPs) from customers
    • Develop marketing content and materials
    • Manage marketing events and campaigns
    • Maintain customer and partner portals and documentation
    • Manage association memberships
    • Utilize Sierra Peaks sales processes and tools
    • Other duties as assigned Education and Experience: 5+ years of technical writing or proposal experience
    Must have strong writing skills including editing
    Excellent communication and customer service skills
    Ability to read technical drawing
    Experience with business development, sales, or marketing preferred Required:
    Must be a US citizen
    Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test
    Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Sierra Peaks Values:
