    The Butcher Position is about:

    • Receiving, inspecting, and storing all protein upon delivery
    • Ensuring product delivered meets Perry's quality standards
    • Being responsible for cutting and trimming all protein products, including pork chops, beef, and seafood, using butcher's cutlery and power equipment
    • Consistently following proper portion controls and presentation as indicated according to company specifications
    • Performing additional responsibilities, as requested by Chefs or Managers when needed
