    ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.

    Position Summary:


    The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and fostering relationships for client referrals as well as promoting Aware Recovery Care's unique In-Home Addiction Treatment approach to area clinicians, therapists, hospitals, Employee Assistance Programs, corporations, union groups, and treatment professionals.


    This role will require travel and connection efforts to expand our Massachusettsbusiness development efforts * This position requires travel up to 60-80% of the time,This will cover the South Shore territory
    Proof of auto insurance is required * The salary range for this position is 80k-120k
