- Consult with the client to understand business needs and define candidate qualifications to determine sourcing needs.
- Work with client sales team to understand client planning and build an appropriate recruitment strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and use the most current market data in strategy plan and execution
- Proactively build relationships with potential candidates, creating a robust pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs.
- Creatively source for open roles and pipe lining efforts, using multiple channels to recruit candidates, which may include, but is not limited to: colleges, association meetings, meet ups, industry meetings, job fairs, internet and employee referrals
- Conduct candidate screenings and qualification interviews
- Bachelors degree
- Headhunting experience a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Expert level LinkedIn user and experience using ATS systems a plus. We will train to get to this level.
- Ability to work independently and drive recruitment process with internal clients.
- Excellent time management, prioritization and judgment skills with a positive attitude, high energy and focused attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively to candidates and clients and strong negotiation, closing, and phone skills.
