    We currently have an opportunity for a Treasury Management Operations Supervisor position out of our Midvale, UT location. The position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting.

    The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to:
    Ensure service level objectives for the timeliness, quality and responsiveness for the group are met.
    Develop, review and recommend overall operational systems and procedures relating to the treasury management function.

    Be responsible for the operational integrity and adherence to operational procedures related to the implementation of all Treasury Management products for the department.

    Handle employee relation issues including verbal warnings and standard written warnings. Review and recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient.
    Plan and schedule activities within the treasury management operations area and coordinates these activities with other functional areas.
    Control and monitor the progress of all projects.

    Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and all banking regulations including, but not limited to BSA, USA Patriot/CIP requirements, AML and other regulations.

    Ensure that staff is adequately trained.
    Prepare employee performance evaluations.
    Possibly prepare area budget and monthly financial reports.
    Be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:


    Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field and 2+ years experience in bank operations, treasury management operations, processes, procedures or other directly related experience.

    A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
    Working knowledge of general banking operations, treasury management products, services, process, procedures and systems.
    Capability to do the work of the group.
    Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.
    Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities.
    Good interpersonal, leadership, project management, client relationship and organizational skills.
    Excellent analysis, problem solving and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Solid management/supervisory skills.
    Ability to train and mentor staff. Solid PC skills, including Excel, Word, etc.
