    Job DescriptionOvernight Awake Shift Worker (Full-Time) - Providence, RI

    We are seeking an Overnight Awake Shift Worker to work in Providence, RI in a six-bed, semi-independent living group home for girls (ages who are involved with the Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF).

    What you bring...

    • A high school degree or equivalent.
    • 21 years of age or older
    • Have a valid state driver's license, and legally registered and insured car for work use.
    • Ability to work a varied schedule (11pm-7am) includes weekdays, weekends and some holidays. (Scheduled days available are Thursday-Monday)

    What you will receive...

    What you will do...

    Supervise up to six girls (ages and assist them in meeting their treatment plan goals. Provide behavioral support and informal counseling, be a positive role model for the young ladies; assists the girls to perform daily life skills activities; provide overall safety and structure within the home. Must remain awake and alert throughout shift.
