IT Specialist - Brookings

The IT Support role ensures the stability and integrity of in-house data, industrial, and network services. This individual installs, monitors, maintains, and optimizes workstation and network hardware, servers software. The role provides technical assistance training and timely support to end-users. Strong communication customer service problem-solving skills are essential.

- Support maintain Infrastructure Technologies in the Brookings plant according to BEL group standards.
- Install Configure Support network technologies such as Cisco switches Meraki access points.
