The Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR) has an exciting opportunity for a natural resource professional who wants to impact Idaho water issues.
IDWR is filling a vacancy for a GIS Analyst 2 in the Geospatial Technologies Section at our State Office in Boise.
The successful candidate will participate in Geographic Information System (GIS) development and analysis projects. They will manage & analyze spatial & tabular data in support of water resource management.
- Create map products using GIS software
- Analyzes spatial data and prepares necessary reports
- Participate as a team member on GIS projects
- Develop and maintain web-based mapping applications to provide a visual display of data to users
