    We have a great opportunity for a **Technical Customer Care Specialist** based in Nashville, TN

    **Your Job:**

    oOffer technical support and installations in a competent manner.

    oManage team/personal service tickets with EA.

    oMaintain reasonable time objectives with time spent on an issue versus pending service requests to be fulfilled.

    oMaintain good communication levels with your peers regarding client issues.

    oRepresent Novatech with professionalism and integrity; both to our existing customers, and everybody you meet, potential customers.

    oTreat every client with respect. Adapt to and communicate with them on their level, never challenging their input or decisions the customer is always right, no matter how wrong they may be.

    oUpdate documentation as changes are made or discovered within the client base.

    oAssist with and learn new technologies.

    oCreatively suggest ideas in providing increased productivity for Novatech, and better service attention for our clients; based on your experiences.

    oYou are also responsible for knowledge and adherence of policy and procedures found in the assigned Novatech Employee Handbook.

    oProvide remote technical support to clients with printer/copier related network issues.

    oProvide technical phone support to sales and service teams.

    oAssist with Pre-Sales/Installations of networked multi-function devices.

    **You Bring to Novatech:**

    Experience with remote access tools

    Excellent customer service skills

    Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

    1+ year experience in a help desk environment

    Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills

    Ability to use the internet, including web browser, e-mail, and FTP

    Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/8/XP/Vista, Microsoft Office and other common PC programs

    A+, N+ Certification preferred

    Basic networking skills including working with TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS
