    Responsibilities:
    • Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in ADP to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
    • Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes.
    • Enrolls employees with carriers and processes life status changes.
    • Ensures benefit file feeds are transferred accurately from third party administrators and vendors and reviews discrepancy reports.
    • Monitors benefit payroll deductions and bills associates for missed premiums.
    • Advises and informs employees of the details of EmpowerMes benefit programs.
    • Resolves benefit-related issues and responds to inquiries and requests efficiently.
    • Problem solves with the various vendors on issues needing resolutions.
    • Create, monitor, and maintain reports to assist in correctly administering employee benefits.
    • Coordinates internal and external support for employee activities such as annual open enrollment.
    • Processes and administers all leave-of absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability, and FMLA.
    • Responds to benefit inquiries from managers and employees related to enrollments, plan changes, and contribution amounts.
    • Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges.
    • Files and organizes all benefit materials.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Two years of experience in Human Resources and/or benefits administration
    • CEBS Certified preferred.
    • Strong critical thinking skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and related laws.
    • Superior organization skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
    • Capable of analyzing and interpreting data.
