Our client, an owner/investor in PA, is looking for a Head of Asset Management to lead their Asset Management team.

open to relocation candidates, will provide relocation package** Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to maximize the performance of the student housing portfolio.

Collaborate with property management teams to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that tenant satisfaction is high.
Monitor and report on the financial performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Work closely with acquisitions and development teams to evaluate new investment opportunities and asset enhancement strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in asset management, with a focus on student housing or multifamily real estate.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing a team.
Knowledge of the student housing market and trends.
