Job Summary:

The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial systems, processes, and technologies to support the organization's financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making. This role involves collaboration with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure the effective utilization of financial systems.

• System Implementation and Maintenance:
• Administer, maintain, and optimize financial systems, including ERP and EPM software.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and upgrade financial systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Financial Reporting:
• Design, develop, and maintain financial reports and dashboards to meet the reporting needs of various stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data in reports.
• Integration and Automation:
• Evaluate and implement integrations between financial systems and other business applications.
• Identify opportunities for process automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• User Support and Training:
• Provide support to end-users of financial systems, troubleshooting issues and providing training as needed.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the finance team to understand user requirements and ensure system configurations meet those needs.
• Data Analysis:
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with finance teams to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Compliance:
• Ensure financial systems compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Support internal and external audits related to financial systems.
• Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial system processes, configurations, and changes.
• Develop and update system documentation and training materials.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
• Familiarity with private equity reporting requirements.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP and OneStream.
