    About the Role

    As a Contact Center Representative, you will provide high-level service to assist members and potential members with various phone requests, explain services, respond appropriately to situations, and direct calls to the proper area.

    • Responsibilities:
    1. Assist members and provide prompt, professional, and accurate service and support to all members.
    2. Identify problems, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.
    3. Uncover opportunities to enhance relationships with members through active listening.
    4. Provide knowledge and education to members on products, services, promotions, and other features.
    5. Maintain trust and integrity by ensuring members' information and transactions are held confidential.
    6. Develop and maintain knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, including BSA.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong people skills and a passion for helping others.
    • Active listening and problem-solving skills.
    • Good time management skills to maximize the number of members that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service.
    • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
    • Strong computer skills, use of multiple applications simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated experience of dependability, maturity, and ability to work well with others.
